Why should I pay to talk to you?
I have the training and background to create useful tools that educate and help people explore. As a Family Resilience Specialist, I get into the nitty-gritty of specific ways individuals and families build their abilities and learn to work together. This chat gives you direct access to that perspective.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Nope. Therapy and coaching serve specific purposes and usually involve an ongoing relationship focused on deeper, more complex needs. The tools I create can be used alone but they are also designed to support the therapy/coaching process by helping you understand and practice specific skills. They can be an easy (and much less expensive) way to learn new concepts and practice specific skills important to your therapy goals, but they’re not a replacement for work with an expert.
Our chat is a space to work with those skill-building resources: clarify how they work, troubleshoot where you’re getting stuck, and figure out how to apply them in your real life. All for way less than a therapy or coaching session, so you can skill-build at home and optimize your therapy/coaching time for healing/achieving.

Is one session enough to matter?
Yes, often surprisingly so. Thirty focused minutes with someone who knows the material can save you weeks of wandering. And you're always welcome to book again when something new comes up.
What if my situation is complicated?
Most situations are. That's exactly why these tools often feel complicated. There's a lot here. In our call, we'll look at what's happening and find a starting point that fits your personality and situation.
